Visit this former 19th century school and learn some of the social history of the hamlet of La Miniere. Take part in music competitions (the guide vocals), exercise, reading or dictation given by volunteers from the Eco-museum of Country Hurtières throughout the afternoon.

The book "The Iron Mines de Saint-Georges-d'Hurtières" will be officially presented at the Heritage Days Europpéennes in the presence of Philippe CHAPLAIN (Editions Arbarétan) and committee members Editorial. Born
the work of a group of authors comprising members of the Scientific Council of Greater vein, volunteers from the Eco-museum and the staff of Grand Filon, this book largely repeats the first edition of the pamphlet published in 1994 .
